The Bed and Breakfast "Il Fenicottero rosa" is located in the centre of Cagliari, in one of the historical districts of the city: "Villanova".
From the house it will be very easy to reach all the most important museums and historical monuments.
Me and my husband are the landlords. My name is Maria Carmela and I'm a housewife. My husband's name is Carlo and he is retired. He is a very welcoming and friendly person.
For us the Bed and Breakfast is a real opportunity to meet people with different cultures and from many different countries.
We are happy to say that finally we found a way to travel without moving from our place.
If you come to Cagliari for tourism or for work this is the ideal location. We are a few steps from the inner centre and close to all the institutional headquarters and to the major Universities. Moreover we are also close to the train and bus station. This will make easy for you to plan your excursions, either of the city or of our wonderful and historically rich province.
 We are also ten minutes form the "Poetto" beach. A beautiful beach witch extends for 8Km along the gulf of Cagliari. During the day is a bathing paradise and in the night it become a lively meeting place for young people, in fact many shows and concerts give life to stupendous nights on the seaside two steps from the sea and under the moonlight.
